Refermentation of beer in bottles is a rare and complex art of brewing. Doing it in kegs is even more so and takes it to a whole other level of brewing science, particularly for the style of high gravity ales we brew. In fact, Unibroue is one of the very few breweries in the world who referments 100% of its draft ales directly in the kegs, with fresh yeast only and no false carbonation.
So for our award winning international flagship we took our good old time and made absolutely sure we got it right with the exact same consistent quality and balance Unibroue fans are used to getting in the bottle.
And now it’s ready, yours to discover and enjoy, La Fin du Monde on TAP, at last... Now that’s The End of The World!
