• 4 oz. Blanche de Chambly Clémentine et Camomille
• 1 cube of sugar
• 1 oz. orange liquor (Grand Marnier)
• 1 oz. freshly squeezed clementine juice
• 3 dashes of bitters
• slices of clementine

Steps

1. Place the sugar cube in a champagne coupe.
2. Pour in all the ingredients, adding the beer last.
3. Garnish with slices of clementine.
