A delicate and refreshing cocktail, blending the sweetness of raspberries, the elegance of Earl Grey tea, and a sparkling touch, perfect to prepare in large quantities to delight your guests.

Ingredients

6 oz. of Blanche de Chambly Framboise et thé noir
¾ oz. simple syrup
2oz. Earl Grey iced tea
8 fresh or frozen raspberries
Lemon zeste
Optional : 1oz. Lemon-flavored vodka

Steps

Fill the highball glass halfway with ice, pour in all the ingredients, adding the beer last.
Garnish with lemon zeste.
Suggestion : Prepare the homemade Earl Grey iced tea by adding 3 tea bags to 1 liter of water and letting it steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours before use.
