Mignonette sauce with Blanche de Chambly

1/4 cup (60 ml) Blanche de Chambly
2 tbsp. shallot, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Steps
In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the mignonette, season with salt and pepper and mix. Serve with your favourite oysters!
