Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp of Saison Libre beer
  • Zest of 1 lime 
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix.

2. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes before serving to allow flavours to combine.
